- When negotiating, consider hiring a buyer’s agent to represent you as a realtor. Working on your behalf can help you find a home guide, walk you through the process, and help you negotiate with the seller.
Lastly, be flexible. Remember, there is no such thing as a perfect house. Decide what’s most important to you and your family and be reasonable and willing to compromise on some of your less important requirements.
